Going to be ordering new arrows soon. Looking to try vanetec vanes probably 3 inch v max. Looking for opinions on these or other vanetec vanes. Willbe shooting fix blade broadheads ,and arrow will have 200 grains of wieght in front for more foc.
Also will be first time fletching my arrows. Have a ez fletch. Any tips on preping the shaft and vanes willbe great. Should i just use rubbing alcohol on shaft and vanes? Is fletching glue really worth what you pay ,or is it just over priced super glue?

I use the same vanes with the same weight up front. I really like the way my arrows fly.

I'm currently set up with an offset straight fletch but have also used a helical clamp.

I wipe down the shaft with acetone or alcohol but not the vanes. For glue I use Gorilla Super glue gel.
