So the other day, a buddy and I were shooting and I noticed when I shot, my arrows were grouping slightly to the left. He noticed that the arrow was flying weird so we took a closer look. We figured out the vane is hitting my rest (Octane Hostage) when I shoot it, causing the arrow to fly left. There is also yellow marks from the vane rubbing on the rest. What is the solution to this? Is it something I can do or should I take it to an archery shop?

Where is your fletching contacting your rest. Top ,bottom ,or side. A few more details and Im sure someone on here can help.
If your comfortable working on your own equip than it should be possible to fix yourself.

Do you have a helical fletching? The hostage is set up so that you should have minmal if any contact.
