I get 18 days of vacation and 4 floating holidays.

This year I will have used 12 days for hunting related activity and 6 days for regular vacation and not sure what I will do with the 4 floating holidays.

I will probably keep them until december just in case I get sick.

I get 28 days total. 20 days are vacation, 6 days are sick days, and 2 are floating holidays.

I've never taken more than 7 total days off in a year and I've been here for 8 years. This year I've taken 4 days off so far and I'll also take 8 more days this year to hunt.

I get a ton of vacation every year, but almost half my compensation is based on performance of my teams. Because of this it just doesn't make sense for me to take my maximum amount of vacation every year, I'd rather be making money.

After 8 years, I got my 3rd week. So I get 15 days plus one floater, depending on how the holidays fall. At 18 years, I'll be eligible for an additional week, so only a little over 8 years to go on that:sad:

I usually try and save about 5 days or so for hunting. I will usually use a couple around the 2nd week of November, right before rifle season. So far, that's been a winning combination.

9 years in the system right now and I get about 20 days off, not including any comp time I might accrue. I use about 10 days for hunting each year, and about 6-8 days for my family. We also have some "wellness" days we earn if we don't call out sick. I generally do not call out sick the entire year and they pad my leave with 16 hours of leave time each January. That being said, I have hardly used any leave lately and am up to 320 hours. I need to burn some pronto.

30 vacation days and 6 sick days (yes, I use them all). Next year we're having another kid so I'll get an additonal 2 weeks for that. I'm expecting to draw an Iowa tag next year so that extra 2 weeks couldn't have come at a better time!

But in a normal year I use 10-12 days for hunting.

Ten vacation days, I'm up to 88 hours sick time, and pretty much however many "unpaid" days I want as long as I work it with my coworker.

I'll be taking a few Friday afternoons off mid October-November and then one opening day of rifle.

I've got about 60 days saved up. I plan on taking six during the season. I only work 3 days a week to begin with so I have a lot of time anyway without taking days.

    Blessings..........Pastorjim

    I get ???
I/2 the year off ,or 182 days! I work 10 and 10 for the year and then get paid 15 days on top of that I took 10 for September so I actually get from september 1st till the 28th off. I've hunted 4 evening sits so far and hope to hunt all next week for Moose. I also took the month of November off with 5 days I won't get paid for. Not a big deal, when you get my age you better have some in da bank! LOL. I'll be hunting as much in November as possible.

I get 30 PTO days/year. This is with 15+ years of service. I'll prolly take 5 or so off for hunting this fall/winter. I normally take 2 weeks during the summer for a guys fishing trip but have not done that since the kids have come - wife jealousy factor. I'm hoping to resume the extended summer vacations in a few years when everyone can go.

I get 6 weeks of in spring, and 6 weeks off starting mid November. Paid! These are cycle breaks needed by one of my clients to conduct refit, and have some outside engineer support come in. I sell X amount of my ballistic products to this client, so they use all of them during the FY fairly quickly which leaves me with some time on my hands.

I get 3 weeks vacation plus I have 6 weeks of "comp time" built up. I'll be taking the last week of October & the entire month of November off.

Anywhere between 365 and zero depending on how I look at it. But all paid.

We'll spend almost 4 weeks touring Italy and parts of France next year.
