    Hot weather but going out to some public land anyway. Got a good cold front/rain rolling in Sunday. Any tips for some hot weather PL hunting?

    I'll be out and about on some virginia public lands as well brother!! Gunna be a scorcher. Hunt the water and pray. Good luck.

    The last 30 minutes of the day will be key. Get in the shade on the north side of a food source (south wind) and wait. Should be a good breeze in the afternoon and low humidity. Will make the 80 to 85 degree temps manageable.
