Anybody watch any? I love watching golf especially the major tournaments. David Duval has been a favorite of mine for years and it was exciting to actually see him have a decent tournament. It seems like it has been FOREVER since he played decent.

Yeah I watched as much as I could. A pretty messed up tournament to say the least with the weather and delays. It was very nice to see Duval lurking on the leaderboard again. The tour needs him to be the Duval of old and it looks like he's got his game in good shape. I think he played the best of all of them coming down the stretch. I was pulling for Phil to pull it out with what he's going through. That would have been nice for him and his family. But Glover managed to keep it together enough and finish in style throwing a birdie in on 16 was huge. He didn't let the nerves get to him on 17 and 18 either which was pretty darn impressive. Hit a 4 iron on 17 exactly where he should have, made a knee knocker of a par putt. I thought his choic to hit 5 or 6 iron on 18 tee was brilliant as well. He hit his approach shot on 18 where he should of too and 2 putted for the win. Very impressive last 3 holes to win the Open IMO. I know one dude that is fuming about 4 under winning it! I bet Tiger can count 4 times that many strokes out there. All in all a good tournament. Too bad about the weather and what the players had to deal with. Must have been tough to get any kind of momentum. But...... the back 9 at majors no matter what the circumstances always has a flare for the dramatic. Congrats to Glover on the win.

Watched Duval on ESPN today. He was on 5 Good Minutes on PTI. Good to see him around again. I thought it was a pretty good tournament overall. Now on to Wimbeldon (sp?)...go Andy Rod!ck!
