    I think if you can get into land well below appraisal value then its a no brainer. They aren't making any more of it. It's just going to keep going up, up, and up.... I'll never quit looking. Regardless if I have the money or not. :p

    Your new place sounds like our farm. It was logged before we bought it. So all the trees are short. I have a couple tripod stands and ground blinds setup. Developing it over time. Hoping to get a ATV bush hog to make some of the 20+ acres of logged area more huntable. Last year I watched the ears of deer walk by my tripod.... Planted a small food plot recently and hope to expand on that if it works out well...Fun stuff if you know its your property.. LOL Good luck with this new place.

    There are large trees, they are just all hedge and cedar. Not sure how familiar you are with big hedge trees but they most often aren't real treestand friendly lol I'll be out there tonight to try and pick a few out.
