I will plead the something similar on my small shop in progress. It's growing, there is new tools and toys added whenever I can. Maybe this winter after I get done with these darn trade shows, I will get it organized and some pics. Rob's shop IS where we (haha) RoBenize da bows. It definately has it all, now complete with a bar.

I have a shop set up in our barn but it has been bombarded with all my dads fishing stuff and fly tying things. I need to clean it up and get to adding a few more things like a bow vise and chrono.

I'm also planning on building a home made spine tester and buying an arrow scale.

Yeah, I remember you having problems with removing your limbs. I found out the hard way when I started to replace my string and cables. I ended up undoing what I had done (with the Gritty) and then used the WWAG's press to continue the process. What's this two step process you mentioned?

Someone made mention of two ways. One is to remove the strings and all but one cable. Then relax the press, and reset the tension, repress and remove the cable, then let down. The other way was to use an additional tension device (ratchet strap) to keep tension while the press is reset. Either way, it's too scary for me. Does the WWAG press allow for full relaxation? I would assume it would since it's just a ratchet strap. I should have just went with one of those.

Looks good, Rob. Quite a bit has changed/moved around since I was there. The bar has come along nicely.

Well Rob, I had to stick one to ya sooner or later. Its been a while. ;)

Seriously though, you have a nice looking shop. I wish I had a basement but my house is on a slab so I had to resort to the next best place, the garage. Gets a little cold in the winter but it does the trick.

I haven't been keeping up with the boards as much as I like so I'm gonna ask the following in complete ignorance. Have you had your hands on the Sentinel? Do you like it? I'm thinking about making an upgrade.

I got nothin' compared to you guys.

I did however get a 'new' used dining room table that's actually wooden. :nana:

All that stuff on the floor with the gar is Illinois Bowfishers club stuff. You should see all the stuff I have to haul around to shows/shoots. (that stuff on the floor is just a fraction of the stuff)

I have an 8' 2" long gar in the sun room.

Moved my old metal table over. It will still serve as a work bench. :woot:

    Thanks my brother. :d

The bar top is actually colored, acid washed CONCRETE! I had a colored stamped patio poured by a friend of mine and he asked me what I was going to do for a bar top. I said I wasn't sure and was thinking copper when he said I should let him do it in concrete. I had never heard of it and he mentioned that people are doing that for kitchen counters now. I said go for it and it turned out incredible. I wasn't sure what he wanted $ wise and all he took was one of my used bows. Win/win and I love the barter system.

And as far as similiarities, your scaring me.

Finchy, I haven't shot the Sentinel but I think I'll get an opportunity this weekend. I'll let you know.

    Christine, looks great. :tu:

Just picked up the rest of the materials for the bench setup today at my lunch break. I got the countertop from my coach earlier this week too. The top came out really nice considering it was made from left over materials, and the price was absolutely awesome.

The contractor that's helping with my attic/3rd bedroom project is booked with another job for a few more weeks, so I figured I would take the time this weekend and get my shop going. Still gotta pick up some paint to cover the block walls with down there, that should really lighten the atmosphere down there a bit.

Should be able to post pics after this weekend of the completed bench setup with most of my tools finally organized.

It's going to be really nice to actually know where my archery stuff is for once!

And on a side note...........I can't for the life of me figure out where you guys bought the oak veneer style peg board. I looked everywhere for it, but I had to get plain white peg board............

I might just paint it, I have some off khaki type of color paint left over from my living room, not quite sure what I'll do with it yet.

Matt, where did you find the white peg board? I'm also looking for any answers to other option from the other guys that already have them.

I added a couple decorative goodies to Poorguy's Archery. :d

Home Depot. I got a bunch of gift certs for x-mas from all the relatives that knew I had home projects coming up, so I bought most of my materials there today.
