So about 6 months ago my father passed away and my mother just bought a new house closer to us, which is great. She doesn't want all of his deer heads and European mounts, and I get it. Over the years he and I have killed a lot of deer. I don't have room for them all, though will keep the shoulder mounts. If I had a hunting lodge they'd be great for that, but alas I'm not quite there yet. My wife had the idea of taking all the European mounts and turning them into an antler chandelier for our kitchen remodel. That way it looks cool, it has sentimental value, and a way to preserve years of hunts with less space. Just wondering your thoughts or any other ideas. Lol, we probably have enough to make 2 or 3. Sorry to hear of your Pop's passing, I know that hurts. I think an antler ceiling light would be a great idea!
