Yeah the neighbors were kind enough to share a few. Which I hear sharing is rare. I think they're up to around 400 found just this weekend. Smdh. They are fan fricking tastic.

Didn't get to look much yesterday and didn't find any but sure did find the ticks. I picked probably 10 off me. So that was fun.

Ticks were almost nonexistent in NY in my area last year. Totally different this year I’ve had them on me every time I’ve been out. Minimum 10 each time.

Yea I usually don't get many on me for some reason, must not be very sweet, but I had alot for only being out for about 20 mins. Honestly if there was a spray to kill them all I'd hit the woods hard with it ha.

Permethrin, treat your light colored clothes. Tuck your pant legs into socks, full length rubber boots, tuck your shirt in and spray down with OFF.

I've been using it for years and rarely have a tick, the ones I do I can see because of the light clothing. The only one I have had attached was last year and that was due to going out after work and not wearing the treated clothing.

Yea I usually wear rubber boots but they were in job trailer so that option was out. Definitely gonna haveta do something tho if the other day was any indication. They may be thick this year.

Swear on my life, permethrin clothing treatment and above recommendations are 85% worthy. I check myself every 15 minutes or after going through a thick section.

It used to be called permanone, that was easily 10 years ago, and I'll swear again, I have had less than 10 ticks on me over that decade to where friends have had that many over a walk across the "tick grass" as we call it.

Made my annual trip to salvation army and picked up my $7 hunting outfit. Get it sprayed down with permethrin tonight, fill the tank on the truck and I should be good for a 10 hour hunt tomorrow and Saturday. Might take Sunday off since I only have a 3 1/2 day work week next week.

Just got home from running errands took little longer than thought. Especially after forgot to turn headlights off and truck battery died lol. Have to take care or the dogs and then I'm heading out.
