Honestly, this Is the 1st year I've ever saw a union thread on a forum. I ain't holding back either. :poke:

Well looks like 61% support them.

When Hitler abolished Unions in 1933 it was followed by a 25% drop in real wages, and ended the ability of workers to protect living standards.

Most people in this country, (yes even the non union) understand that without the right to Organize and Collective Bargaining it leaves the Corporations open to do anything they want.

I wonder if the 1500 that are about to receive pink slips are among those protesting?

    That would be ironic, huh?

How many of those 61% thought they should have their taxes raised to pay the teachers the benefit demands in their contracts?

It's fine to say "I think all children should have a warm place to sleep, tonight"! I'm betting the vote would be nearly 100% for "warm homes for the children!" -- Yeah!

It's another to put up your share of the money it'll take to warm them.

Ask the citizens again......and ask them "Are you in favor of the teachers retaining their collective bargaining rights......if it causes your taxes to go up"?

Get back with me on that one.................

That is why I hate polls, it really does make a difference HOW you phrase the question. Can you say political spin....and that goes for both sides.

Montana's Gov now there is a leader, he did everything Scott Walker wants to do without the BS.

He balanced the budget and did it with collective bagaining, working with the Unions. Really not that hard:)

How much does it go up.....if they get what they're asking for (teachers)? Has anyone figured that one out? How much does it go up if you keep all the teachers....and give them everything they want?

Are you OK with sacrificing 1500 teachers' jobs (layoffs) to "win" the war?

I get that Walker's gonna lay off 1500 of them. So, you're saying that's OK?

Guess it is....unless you're one of them.

I can't resist. What BS has Walker specifically pulled himself. I can't wait to hear.

Please, this has more to do with the corporate leg humping neo con Governor making this a one party nation then it does solving a self inflected budget deficit.
But I do get a kick out you trying to lead me around with dumb questions.

Hold on he's getting another prank call. His state is well a little wild right now.

Montana gov sat down and talked to people and got it done. His budget is balance without all the drama. He's not comparing himself to Regan and talking about his legacy. From the outside looking in, walker is a joke.

The questions are so dumb, you can't answer them. If you did, they'd expose that your "assertions" are completely full of ****.

    I don't blame you. I wouldn't answer them, either.

I mean....how dare someone rain on your talking points parade with things like "logic".

91% of the people of BH.Com know what a homer is.

Gary....where do you get your news? Walker is a joke? I guess it's according to who you ask.
