^^^ You have a good memory. The mounts are all finished and hanging in my bar. I'll try to find a couple pics.

I don't have pics of all of them but these are most of them.[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

That is a real impressive collection.

Can't say that I've ever even laid eyes on a deer that big around here let alone an entire wall full of them!

Not to hijack but unintended consequence when I said any day any time we will sit with the grandson. Saturday and over night, I planned on hunting Satuday, will take Friday off instead. Not even going to pretend that I will hunt Sunday, will not be driving.

Can someone tell me how to post a video? I shared it to YouTube but don't know how to post it here.

    I appreciate the replies ^^^.

I was washing dishes after supper and looked out and saw a doe in my beans. A minute later MF Jones started growling so I told him to stop. Now there were 5-6 does and the big buck that has been hitting the scrapes lately. He was dogging a particular doe when she went into woods to the left of the beans. I got my phone and filmed the buck hitting the scrape.

Hope this works ....... turn off volume, it my TV.

That's the view I seek when I look out my window/back door.

Awesome stuff, looks like a 130's buck? Looked smaller on the scrape and then when he leaves, walking towards can see a bit of height and spread. hard to tell but awesome video just the same.

Looks like mid December rather than late October, here anyways

cls74, thanks for your reply. It is the view I've always wanted also. Very peaceful. However, not everyone may feel the same. If I want to see people, I have to get into my truck and drive somewhere to find them. I don't mind it, I prefer it! Lol

I haven't gotten a super clear pic of him ( he's the big one in the trail cam pic at the beginning of the thread) but I've seen him three times with my eyes and through my binos in daylight. So far I have him between 136 and 140. I've told my son that this one is killable as he is moving quite a bit during daylight. In the 10+ years I've been here there have been 3 (much bigger) bucks that I've never seen in person and have never gotten a daylight picture of. One for over 6 years. It's a fun game.

"Unintended Consequences" would be a great name for a boat.

I called him "The Big Guy"!!

J/K I'm not one for fancy names. Usually it is something like, the big eight or, the big 10. We ( my son and I ) called him The big 12 pointer. Even though he has 13 points in these pics he had 12 for most of his life. As a 3 1/2 he was an 8 with forked g-2's for 10 points and every year after he was a 10 with the forks making him a 12 pointer. He only had 13 this one year, his biggest rack. After that he went back to 12, then 11 and finally stopped showing up. I believe he was about 10 1/2 when he died.
