I am looking for some new boots, looking for something uninsulated and good for walking.
they are going to be mainly used for scouting and early season. Just looking for some suggestions.

Can never go wrong with a good pair of Lacrosse rubber boots. In Oklahoma I can wear mine into December before having to bring out the insulated boots.

And if memory serves me correct, I received a discount on a pair I directly ordered from Lacrosse last year with a code from bowhunt or die..

Hiking style is what I assume your looking for since your gonna put some miles on em. I just got a pair of Moabs. Super comfortable and really cheap compared to other hiking boots-longevity is still to be determined

What do you want to spend? You definitely get more often times with top end boots, but I don't want to recommend something that costs 2x what your thinking.

I'm wearing the Danner East Ridge's right now for everything when it's above about 35 degrees out unless its sloppy or standing water. They aren't cheap but I believe are the unsung hero of the Danner lineup. Pronghorns are great too and one of the best value's out there if you want to spend a bit less $$$.

I have a pair of AeroHead Sport boots too. They are super light and comfortable, but I think I prefer the support of the Alpha Burly a bit better. With that said, I really try to not wear neoprene/rubber boots unless I really have to as I just don't get the support, comfort, or air circulation you can get out of a good lace up style boot.

When UA had those HAW boots, I bought a pair. Liked them so well I bought another as a back up.

As someone noted, Lacrosse Alpha Burly, loved mine to death and wore them out so much they leak.

Right now, the ways things are being made if I had to buy another pair, I’d go Muck Boots, Woody maybe ? I prefer a good gripping bottom sole, cushioned heels for my heel spurs and I’m good.

Lacrosse Aerohead work really well. I use them for Scouting, checking trail cams and hunting early season.

I used to run the Danner Pronghorn, minimal insulation at 400 grams. Now I run the Lowa Tibet GTX, a little stiffer boot until broken in but work very well for me.
