I'm looking for a trail camera that would not be detectable at night, either by flash or sound and one that takes quality high resolution photos. I expect that it will be used primarily at night with an IR flash. Not knowing anything about what is available, is there a camera made that would not be detectable either by 4 or 2 legged animals of the night? Thank you for your help.
I believe that Reconyx is going to be your best bet. Spendy, but everyone on here that has one swears by them.
Reconyx is the only undetectable camera manufacturer. I believe Wiebke Fur and Trading Company in LaCrosse WI is the cheapest. $525 for Reconyx HC 600 Covert and $425 or Reconyx HC 500 semi covert but they will deal if you call them. Don't know if they will ship or not. I was in town and happened to run across them......
