Looking into buying these thermals for the colder weather. Anyone have any reviews on them? Or own a pair and can vouch to say that they work well? They are expensive which is fine, but I would like to know they work well and last before dropping that kind of money on them!

    Thanks guys,

    Patrick

My hunting suit is the UA Cold Gear. I have no complaints and feel it works. Ill be going to get the thermal turtleneck neck next.

I have a 1/4 zip infrared shirt and I have the Speed Freek jacket with the cold gear infrared. I think I still prefer a 100% Merino base layer when it gets cold (under 30).

I decided last year that I had had enough of freezing so I splurged and bought the UA Cold Gear pants and turtleneck. I also got a good outer layer bibs and coat. The combo has been fantastic. I will still throw on some more layers when it gets pretty cold, but I no longer get that to the bone chill. Now to find a good solution for my toes:)

Heater Bodysuit guys, right now I'm in the stand. It is 30 degrees wind chill to 23. All I am wearing is a quality mid-weight base layer system and early season camp clothes and I'm toasty. How you ask? The heater Bodysuit! I love it and will never go back to anything else for hunting cold weather.

I have the 3.0 thermal base layers from UA, and they work great. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I have the coldgear infrared suit and thermals. I love them. I have no reason to pack layers upon layers anymore, I just wear my thermal pants and shirt, then the cold gear infrared pants, infrared 1/4th zip shirt and infrared jacket. It was high 20s this past Saturday morning and I've never been warmer.
