How has the tape held up to a seasons abuse? I am thinking of taping up my Lone Wolf sticks but would like some feedback on the tapes durability.

    Thanks.

I taped up my sticks before the season and I have to say the ultimate camo tape has held up well. My sticks have been used alot this season and they're still looking good. There may be a few spots I will have to address in the off season but overall I give it a :tu:.

The tape does not have enough sticking power IMO. I have used probably over 20 rolls of the stuff. One roll doesn't go very far.

ditto...stuff is hard as hell to cut, and it sticks pretty good.

Thinking of trying the tape to help silence the sticks, more so than to camo them.

They are hollow, so I assume you're going to suggest filling them with foam of some sort. Not a bad idea, but still doesn't help the metal "clank" when you knock two of them together.

I haven't used the tape on my sticks, but I have it on my camera arm and a trail camera and it's held up fairly well. Not the greatest stuff in the world, but it works and the camo benefit is pretty remarkable when you get it up against a tree.

For your number one goal, it will work great. Mine's held up ok, and I hear they have made improvements. Make sure you put it on in decent temps, allow proper setting time, and super glue the edges that may peel.

Apply the stuff and don't stretch it. Blow dry on high heat with a hair dryer. Let cool before using. Helps with adhesion of any tape.
