Anyone tried these? I think they are new for 2012 and have yet to find any reviews. Guy at the pro-shop told me it's a cross between a rage and swhacker? Thoughts?

Picked up a pack of these. Had to give them a try. They have a pretty cool feature called practice mode which is a set screw that locks the blades closed so they can not expand. I have shot the same tip about a dozen times into a 18-1 target with no damage and the tip is still amazingly sharp. The only thing that concerns me is the 1-1/2" cutting diameter (much less when compared to the swacker and rage) and it's just a 2 blade head. Supposed to be known for it penetration so we will see. By far the most accurate broadhead I have shot. Granted my bow is tuned and can shoot fixed blades with field points. So of course the low-profile mechanical will fly good. Cant wait to get it bloody!

im gonna pick up a pack soon. im gonna try NAP Killzone's and the Ulmer edges. ive been shooting rages for some time and wanna make the switch over. i know i shouldn't try to fix whats no broke but feel pretty confident about these broadheads. just dont know how i feel about the Ulmers edge with the swinging blade? i no the reigns didnt make a big splash but anythings worth a try right?

I have heard they are devestating. From what i understand they actually rotate when penetrating a deers body. I would imagine they do a number on an animal.

I seen something on it also. thats what kinda got my attention.Anythings worth a try when it comes to broadheads. im 100% positive there field tested to the max with good results or they wouldnt have made it to the market. anymore info on these heads would be a awesome. im not big on video reviews but will give my honest opinion on these heads.

If Randy Ulmer had a hand in designing this head then it should be good to go
