UFC 118 predictions?

Edger vs Penn, Couture vs Toney, Maynard vs Florian, Miah vs Miranda, and N. Diaz vs Marcus Davis ....what do you think guys?

My thoughts are Penn regains the championship is on the attack and really trys to put Edgar away. Couture takes Toney to the ground and beats him up, Kenflo. beats Maynard by dec., Miah chokes out Miranda and Diaz vs Davis should be a war..but Diaz catches him with a sub!

Solid fight card in those 5 fights!

 

Same as you mostly but I think Toney might have something for my man Couture, and Davis over Diaz. Should be a pretty good evening of fights though.

 

Should be good, nothing that gets me excited in the card though... I'm not a Edgar nor Penn fan, but I would like to see Couture put the smack down on Toney...

I'm getting excited for the next season of TUF, should be a good one.

Pretty pathetic when they have to run subtitles for Toney's smack talk though, huh?

 

I think Edgar does it again to Penn. Every fight he looks better, and I expect that to continue. Penn is very good, but is at the top of his learning curve I suspect.

I think Randy beats Toney 8 out of 10 times. With that said, if Toney shows up like he has for his past couple of boxing matches, he will have by far the best hands and head movement in MMA. I really hope Randy wins, but Toney absolutely has a shot in this fight.

I hope Florian wins, Maynard has been in 8 UFC fights, and never lost....but has only finished one fight. He's an outstanding wrestler but will never interest me until he finds a way to start finishing. With that said, Maynard will probably win this fight via decision.

Davis I think will be too much for Diaz.

 

Well, I was 3 for 5 on my picks..wow, Edger looked great, nice call Matt! Randy delivered with total domination and Diaz went to war with Davis and was too much for him. Maynard controled Ken Flo, Miah too much for Miranda

 

I was really hoping after seeing how easily couture took Toney down he would "play" with him, but if I were Randy I would've put him away too.

 

I thought every fight but the Diaz fight sucked. That was one of the most boring UFC's I've watched. Looking forward to the next one though!

 

I predict that somebody's gonna get there Ass Kicked. LOL. I've never watched it. Just kidding around.
