Got passed this recipe and tried this tonight, it was excellent! Just cook until internal temperature is 150 and your good to go. Sounds good. I’ll be buttering a full breast, dusting it with a chipotle powder, laying bacon over the top, then baking. We’ll see how it turns out. Enjoy.
