I know there's a recipe and cooking part of the forum but it doesn't seem to get all that much traffic. I killed a bird yesterday and I'm trying to decide how I want to cook it. All ideas are welcome!! I'm most likely going to stick to the grill. I thought about just cubing it up and wrapping it in bacon but I was just looking to get others insight on it.

I'm only going to be working with the breast btw

Yes, there's alot of different ways to make it. Just the other night, I cubed some of the breast up, fried it in virgin olive oil, then added a can of cream of chicken soup, and put it over noodles. There was no complaints from my kids, and the wife liked it too. So I guess it was a hit! Enjoy however you make it, and congrats on your bird!
