I like the Zink line of calls. Probably more than anything, I'd use whatever your neighboring hunters are not.

I've only been mouth calling for a little less than a year so I'm not what you would call super experienced or very good. I've tried Primos, Knight & Hale, and one other brand but I can't remember the name right now. My Knight & Hale call is my favorite. It seems to be more durable than the Primos calls and I seem to get a more consistent sound.

I just checked out the website, very impressive and his prices look excellent. Any particular calls on his site that you have had experience and success with? Anything from cramer's that you were not impressed by? Thanks for sharing the site.

All I have used are his diaphragm calls. I order my slate calls from a different person, and then I also ordered a box call from another person. All the diaphragm calls are good, but some are easier to use then others. I can call better with these three Spring Fling,Lil' Sweet Jenny,Pink Ghost. But the sexy suzy sounds the best if I can get it right, which I cant do every time.

i only use hunter specialties calls, but last year i tried something different, i took the speaker from my coyote call, plugged it into my iphone and played turkey calls off of an app. it worked amazingly and had turkeys coming in within 2 minuets!

Cool idea. I'm gonna check my regulations and see if electric calls are legal here.

The absolute best calls I've ever used were WoodHaven calls. I'm not exactly a world champion caller, but I've found that the read material they use on theirs makes the calls quite a bit easier to blow, requiring less air. Even the big nasty 3.5 and 4 read calls are pretty usable for me. They're a little pricey, but well worth it in my opinion.
