Guys, I'm looking for a new box call. I have a slate call and am looking to add a box. I dont have much experience in these calls but I have noticed that a turkey will respond to one call and completely ignore another one when the two are sounded back to back. The calls at cabelas are so worn out and banged up that I dont feel you are getting the correct tone of the call. Your opinions and thoughts are much appreciated!!!

    Thanks Guys

Any Primos call is top-notch. I have a Primos box-call. Works great, and, is the easiest call to master.

And, they're loud. So the sound travels far, through the woods, and, travels on windy days.

I use an Ole' Mama Hen box call by hs strutt.

It's made like the old boat paddle style with walnut sides and a cherry lid. It has clean yelp with a touch of rasp but not to much. A really great sounding and classic looking call in my opinion, I would hughly recommend it.
