Does anyone know any good broadheads for hunting turkeys. I recently bought the BloodRunner 2 blades for my deer hunting and was wondering if I should use these for my turkey hunting as well, or just buy some new braod heads. If you have any advice can you let me know, Thanks.

Your NAP Bloodrunners should work great on turkeys. A large diameter broadhead is what you need and the Bloodrunner two blade is over 2" I believe. If they shoot well for you I see no reason for changing. They should shoot well through mesh windows too if you desire since they're not a true mechanical head. Good Luck.

So many great broadheads out there but your main focus needs to be shot placement. These birds can be very tough! Im using the NAP Spitfire Edge 100 grain heads this spring!

Grim Reaper Razor Tips: Shot 4 turkeys with them so far, & watched all of them drop within 15 yards of where I shot them.

I'm shooting my used, resharpened BH on turkey. Mostly rages. Stingers if shooting thru mesh windows on blind.

I bought a pack of the Magnus Bullheads last year. Never got a chance to shoot a turkey with them but they sure did some damage to the pillow I used to practice. The gobbler guillotines are junk.

With that being said, I only bring them out for dedicated turkey hunting. If its deer season, I'll simply use the Muzzy 3 blades I have in my quiver.

I use the biggest cutting diameter cheapest expandable I can find, or my left over deer BH's. It has worked out really well for me so far. I just cant see spending $12 on a single BH for a turkey.

Those 2 blade Bloodrunners won't let you down, although with any broadhead, the key is shot placement. Check a couple of the early episodes from last season's Bowhunt or Die, and see how they work on turkeys. Good luck!
