Tumor???

    Got this buck on camera. Any thoughts about his tumor? To big to be an abscess. Not thinking it will affect the meat unless some of you have other thoughts. Looks like a younger buck. 2 1/2-3 1/2 ? PICT0140.JPG
    Looks healthy enough

    Dunno but I wouldn't be too excited about eating it.

    Personally I wouldn't be too concerned. If you get in there after skinning him you should be able to tell if the meat looks off. Worst case just cut that section out of the back strap and move on, I've cut around worbles on squirrels plenty of times and I'm still kickin.
