And no I think what they are referring too is this huge Waterfowl refuge in central ny and you can hunt it after passing bird id test and it’s like 500 dollars or something a day
Same there might be a deer or two that a passing by from crossing the road but it’s mainly waterfowl heaven
Sorry to hear about the TBI. I was fortunate to come out of my OIF 1 tour unscathed physically. Well, except for my shoulder, but that was stupid! Long story short, mandatory PT in Balad/Anaconda, we played football. I jumped up to bat the ball away and my shoulder popped out. While they were trying to pop it back in we got a typical/daily mortar attack.
Yeah my TBI was kinda stupid but some 19 year old kid was driving to fast an T boned me after I just dropped a load of troops off at a LZ for some helicopter ride training
That sucks! How's working at the VA? I'm in grad school getting my license in mental health counseling and my goal is to work at a VA or vet center.

Honestly i love it. It’s like being back in the military bc you got guys your age that served and then you got the nam guys and they are blast to talk too! But the one thing I love is like my mental health worker she’s a veteran so it’s easier to open up then if I was talking to joe bob on the street that doesn’t know the difference between a mortar round and JDAM
