Truglo Sight issues

    I just recently purchased a Truglo 7 pin sight for my PSE. The tech told me that the sight was for left and right handed shooters. I adjusted my pins but noticed that the large pin was at the bottom and the small pin is at the top. Is there any way to flip-flop the pins so they are correct. I am left handed and this looks a little odd. I dont want to move them too much due to the fiber lines attached to them. HELP!

    What about the fiber optic cable? Is there an easy way to remove them from the pins?
