Once again I was privileged to use and write about another made in the U.S.A product from Tru-Fire the “Edge”. This is the first 4 finger release that I have tried and found the small head and aluminum handle design light, comfortable and easy to adjust to. The trigger knob is completely adjustable and found this a nice feature allowing for a perfect fit. The jaws rotate very smoothly 360 degrees in front of the trigger. Also, a fully adjustable trigger travel adjustment as well as a feature to lock the head in any position if needed. The “Edge” fits either right or left handers and works well on string loops or straight off the serving. It also comes in black and camo pattern colors. Overall, I was a little nervous about trying and liking a four finger release but, I found I quickly adapted and within just a couple shots was back to shooting as I would with my dual caliper wrist release.
