I purchased the TRU Ball's new ST360 a couple of weeks ago. I have only been able to shoot around 150 arrows with this release so far, but I am amazed by it. I cannot believe how much tighter my groups got, just by changing releases.

So the other night I go up to the shop for league and take a couple practice rounds and the release is performing great. About the 6th or 7th shot, I cannot seem to get it to fire off. For those that don't know, the ST360 is a thumb release and I am shooting it BT. Anyways, I jerk an arrow way off target and figure it was just something I did wrong, still getting to know the release. Next arrow, same thing but even worse. The next arrow, I never did get the release to fire off. I have a couple of guys take a look at it and we cannot figure out what the deal is. So I put it away, grab my old release and shoot league.

I called TRU Ball yesterday and told them what problems I was having with the release. They asked zero questions, simple asked me to mail it to them and they would either repair or replace the release. No fighting, no arguing, no asking for reciepts, nothing but them taking care of the problem. We all know a company should stand behind their product and make it right when there is a problem, but all too often this is not the case any more. There customer service is top notch and is a pleasure to do business with.

Great news, Hunter safety systems has done that for me. It sure makes a difference when I decide what product to go with when I hear stories like this. Thanks for the heads up.

Thats awesome, I use a truball release (not a thumb release) and I'm glad to hear they have good customer service. Have never had a problem with the release but it is definitely good to know that they take care of their customers if the release malfunctions or breaks.

Good to hear. I shoot their ST-3. Glad to know if anything goes wrong, I should be in good hands.
