That has to be one drawback of TRT - it increases your old man libido while your wife stays the same. So you're walking around with a loaded gun everywhere you go. Like being in high school all over again.
We have a rule for Zach if the lights are out, don't come out. She just got cleared for her long-term covid and can start drinking wine again. It may end me.
Well, on that note, a hot tub is going have to wait at my house. 2 of my 3 kids are too young to understand why that rule exists and would come outside anyway. Getting back on the original topic, I may be old enough to consider TRT before that rule is necessary at my house. Until then, the doors remain locked.
I'd love a hot tub. Yeah I know they are the perfect breeding ground for lots of yuck, but hell I can clean it out and it ain't like I'd let just anybody in it. I have standards and all. On the issue at hand; After 48 hours, I seem to have more energy today. It's supposed to take 1-3 days to "feel it" with the pellets, peaks and levels out at 3-4 weeks, so it could be that I just had a good nights sleep. The doc said not to work out for 5 days. Not gonna happen. It's one stitch on my rear end, so I don't think I'm in danger of popping that doing upper body. I think that will probably be the true test in the next couple of weeks--seeing how I feel during and after working out.

Now that all the sorority girls are at church, I finally have a chance to update here....from the hot tub of course. Two of the biggest things so far are mood and energy. My moods are stable and generally good and I have great energy. Workouts have been great, but I think I overdid it a bit last week. Taking a few days of rest, but I have made some small gains in just these few weeks. Could've just been due. Weirdly, at 8 hours of sleep, that's it, I'm up. I can't seem to get back to sleep even if I want to. No big deal really. I do find myself a little restless. Like I have to be doing something. That's kind of unusual for me especially after I got into my 30s. Lol. I go back in for labs Wednesday to see where I'm at and at this point, I feel....great. One last thing and it's totally a guy thing, but, yes, huge increase in libido. I'm sure you were all wondering any damn way.
