    I am going to give these new broadheads a try and will give you guys a review hopefully sometime this season.:d

    The reason I did not give the tru fire a try as the head with that round part at the tip just looks like it
    could not help with penatration.

    The only bad thing I see with those style heads is what if you are in freezing rain and ice developes between piston and body or some sort of debris gets in between.

    A little hot air from me should do the trick, lol
    I dont hunt in the freezing rain due to mostly tree stand hunting.

    I used those last year when they were still piston points and like them, The only problem I ran into was when it got cold and you pulled them from your quiver if they were in your quiver to hard the rubber band would freeze all streched out and you would have play in the blades. Besides that they worked awesome kill wise.. Walt

    Thanks for the info Walt and good thing I dont use a quiver.

    I seen these at Walmart for $34.
