This sight is pretty cool. It is a no-tools needed adjustable sight. You sight in your 20 yd pin by adjusting the sight cage up or down. Once the 20 is sighted in, you lock the cage down and then move on to sighting in the 30 yard pin.

When sighting in the 30, you use an adjustment knob that moves all the pins (30,40,50,60) proportionally. Once the 30 yard pin is set, all your pins out to 60 should be right on for your bow.

The sight comes with a small video to walk you through the process, but it is very simple.

I found I had to tweak the settings slightly after shooting at 50 yards, but it kept all the arrows where I wanted them.

This is such a no-brainer sight, I'd recommend it to anyone.

The mount is reversible, so if you run out of room to get your pins set, you can remove the sight cage, flip the mount , and this gives you additional adjustment range. I didn't need to do this. I'm shooting a Motive 6, getting 267 fps from 417gr arrows at 65lbs.

The pins are bright, and there is a light you can use to increase the brightness during low light times.

I had one on my agenda 6 and it worked like a champ. Pins were a little crammed, not the sights fault, so I went single slider. We put the sight on my sons encounter the pins spread out and we had it sighted in with 6 or so arrows. Killer sight

The React 5 is an awesome hunting sight. Huge sight picture, bright pins, quick setup and very accurate. Got my first ever deer last season 25 minutes after sunset with mine. I have a long draw and use a 7/32" peep which lets in a lot of light.
