My buck last year weighed 220 undressed.

Didn’t weigh any of my does the last few years but they were big.

Like I said above, I’ll always wonder what this buck weighed. I’m 6’ tall and weighed about 220 in this pic.

We could only guess because of the drag and lift into the truck, but we guessed over 250 live weight.

Mine was definitely one of the larger bodied deer we’ve had here on the farm.

I remember that deer. Also remember being surprised by it's score, but that is one cool buck.

You’re right because I suck at estimating deer scores. What was his inside spread? Can’t tell that from a side pic.

He grossed 122”. That left beam with the palmation was only 14” long. I think if both sides were even we woulda been 130-135”, but he was mature and the whole thing is on video so I have no complaints about it whatsoever.

We also let him hang for a full week and it was some of the best venison we’ve ever had.

Thanks man, the score is just like the stat sheet after winning it all. Yeah a good one is cool and all but it doesn’t take away from what you accomplished.

You need to post that a bunch before we start. Might help people with their magic tape. Even when in a contest people need to be true to themselves. That's a beautiful buck and I don't know anyone that would not be happy with him.

My opinions in my area are pretty unpopular, all anyone cares about is the inches. They would all shoot a 150” 3 year old over a 140” 6 year old.

I also live right where the suburbs and farmland meet, and 95% of hunters are posted up on small properties with corn piles. Mostly crossbow hunters.
