    I don't know what happened in court, but it looks like they trashed the rental and left. Abandoned car, trash, toys. Chickens gone and barn cleaned out door left wide open. No curtains in windows. though electric is still on a back door light.
    It will take some work to make livable again. Good riddance.

    Heard the same for a repo house. Former owners trashed the place and took light fixtures, toilet, and anything else they could get loose. Odd that the bank didn't press charges of theft. I would.
