Anyone have thoughts on Tressel in the NFL?? http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/7...s-interview-jim-tressel-coach-job-reports-say
I kinda thought when he came on with them doing whatever he was hired to do that coaching was in his future because of the season the colts were having. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Yeah I think the writing was on the wall when the colts hired him to review film at the beginning of the season. Now, on to the bust. Well of course I'm hoping that won't be the case, but... well I'm skeptical.
The man has won 5 national championships and played for 9 of them. He was 4-2 at YSU and 1-2 at Ohio State in national championship games. I will become a colts fan if they hire him.
No Tressel please!!!!!! Look at the record of college coaches who became NFL head coaches, its not good. I'd much rather see a proven NFL assistant hired.
Jim Harabaugh is doing pretty good in San Fran and Carroll seems to be heading the right direction with Seattle so they don't all fail. I mean Harabaugh came in and took the 49ers to the NFC Championship game with the same players that went 6-10 the year before.
I was just going to say Harbaugh........he was a hair away from going to the Superbowl this year his first year in the NFL.
