I have a couple older treestands on our land, but I am looking to buy a few more hang-ons to set up new spots and replace the old stands. I've read enough reviews to know that Lone Wolf makes some of the best but I can't afford that right now. Does anyone have any suggestions on cheap but reliable stands?

Millenium M-25 Hang On Stand. PERIOD!! Great stand for the money and one of the most comfortable loc-on stands you will EVER sit in.

    SharpEyeSam,
I know the general areas I want to put the stands and I plan on setting them up ahead of time, but I may have to make slight adjustments to get myself in the best spot for a shot. How difficult is it to relocate those?

The Guide Gears look like a great deal but I'm afraid of how safe they would be considering they are SO cheap. How reliable are they?

For the price you can't go wrong with rivers edge. Sturdy, have a good cushion, solid platform and best quality for the price point. I like them way better then guide gear; their seats have been nonexistent for me and not as durable or sturdy.

They are very easy. The M25 stand setups a lot like the Lone Wolf Alpha II. Easy to move and adjust. I use the M50 and M100 Loc On stands a lot because of the Cam Loc System. It lets you move from tree to tree using just one stand. But, they are a little more expensive than the M25.
