    Hi All,

I am a novice bowhunter - this is only my second year and I have a question about stand placement. In the pic attached, the blue squares are my current stand locations. The right one is on my neighbors land that is right off of a soybean field maybe 10 yards into the woods. I've seen a couple dear come from the woods and go out into the field out of the corner. The left square is a stand I have setup on my parents land - it is right off a trail that is along the fence line of my other neighbors property (one which I do not have permission to hunt on and is outlined as the big red box). I don't like to hunt this stand much because, although there is deer that go through there, they are typically not the bigger deer that I see in the bigger woods - my dad has sat there a bunch this year and has only seen yearling dear and small bucks. I know the deer are bedding somewhere behind the rightmost stand as I almost always see them come from that way in the evening. My questions are:

    1) Is my parking spot and current entrance (purple circle and arrow) good enough for evening entrance?
    2) Where should I put a morning stand (I assume in the woods farther) and how do I get to it without spooking deer in the morning?

    Thanks for any help!

not sure why the pic is so small....it is saved as 1200x800. Hopefully you can still make out the text and colors.
