In your opinions what are the best tree steps and why? I currently use screw in steps and do not feel safe with them. I plan to pull them every sit so I would prefer if they are light weight. Thank you for any input!

If you are talking climbing sticks then I use Lone Wolf and Muddy Aerolites. The Lone Wolfs are lighter but I like the Muddys because they have duel steps. They don't alternate like the Lone Wolf steps do. The Lone Wolfs seem more solid on the tree to me.

^These steps are a little pricey, but worth every penny!

Hawk Helium sticks. Awesome sticks, light weight, sturdy and they are double sided steps. I love my set. I typically use 4 and can get 16 or so feet. I own 6 of them. Academy Sports had them for like $75 a set a few months ago. Not sure now. 5 steps will get you 20+ feet.
