    All really depends on wind, the deers route of travel and the density of the pines.

    It's about 15 trees in the middle of the field. With the right wind I believe they come from a high grass area just to the South

    Is there any evidence of deer being in there? If so then yes.

    If you can put a trail camera out that might help. If not throw a climber stand up in there and give it a few morning or afternoon hunts to try and see what's out there.
    Never know whats out there until you give it a shot.
