I have a Gear Guide 21’ Double Rail Ladder Tree Stand for sale. I bought it earlier this year & set it up next to my archery target a month ago to practice shooting from it. It has not been set up, or used, in the woods. This is a very rugged, very stable stand. I have a fear of heights and thought I could get over it with a ladder stand. It’s not to be, even with a ladder section removed for a 16’ height. The stand has been outside for about a month and does have a touch of rust in some places - all cosmetic, no penetration.
