More research needed on the peacock fishing, South Florida may be a better option, for size and being able to keep a trophy, my taxidermist really wants to do one to show.
Well I opened a can of worms, my wife went to Europe for a year during college, she has been thinking about going back and traveling by train to visit cities. Like Meatloaf sang I will do anything for love, but I won't do that. Call me what ever, say I have no culture or appreciation, I want to see places that tourists don't go I don't want to see cities. Fairly certain I would need to be medicated to spend anytime in a crowded European city.
You can have it both ways...travel and avoid some huge cities...Nordics; parts of France, Italy or,Spain The fishing probably not so good.
Evidently has to wait till the summer schedule of weekends for the summer is filled out. We are not ready to let the kids host weekends without us here, not that I don't trust them, it is unknown friends and I really do not want to get sued because people are idiots and if you have good insurance you are a target.
I just wanted a Tarpon scale, can take 2 trips to fish for what it would cost in other places. Plus spend some time at our favorite place too.
Sydney is a must-visit city, and you can't miss snapping a pic with the iconic Sydney Opera House. If you're a nature enthusiast, exploring the stunning Great Barrier Reef and the mesmerizing Uluru should definitely be on your list.
