View at your own risk, it sucks and blows more than the first three. Mr. Bay should be quartered and hanged for taking something with potential and mixing it with so much chaos and ignorance it ends up a crap milkshake.

If you want to sit through a long slog of special effects framed on a "story" and plots and sub plots that are so non-nonsensical and mind numbing that you want to puke or if you're just a drooling zombie...this movie may fill a need, otherwise it's a gross waste of resources both in production and as a consumer product.

I could bare the first and the second one even though their shortcomings were obvious, as action movies they were tolerable. The third one shifted the brain dead factor into high gear and this one is total proof that it's never a good idea to go full retard. I've rarely ever been so completely empty and disgruntled after seeing a movie...even counting the third Transformers movie...but this one is worthy of a three paragraph rant. I'm fed up of Bay and his total crap movies, he needs a fork stuck in his eye and twisted or maybe thats how this mess started after seeing his "vision" for this franchise...gah.

Oh. I enjoyed the first two and am actually looking forward to this one. I think the storyline has gone down but the special effects are cool.

I still don't understand why we use bullets on godzilla and transformers. Just doesn't make sense to me.

ergh...why must they turn one of my most favorite 80s cartoons into a potential travesty?

These movies and Bay's style is a perfect example of what's wrong that makes a movie (modern action flix) suck. All effects and no story or more accurately for this movie, no story that has any flow or common sense. It's so chaotic that it turns into a muddy mess similar to the design of the transformers themselves.

I grew up on the 80's cartoons of the transformers, back when writers actually had some grasp of story continuity. Now days all a movie gets is a lot of special effects to make up for a lack of continuity, it's like rolling a turd in sugar and it's pathetic. I was hoping maybe they would fix this mess this time around but I knew better. That would require Bay to totally change his brainless approach to movies.

Maybe I'm being too hard on this one...I'm sure a lot of people will still enjoy it as an action and special effects piece of art. The best thing I can say about it it at least Optimus Prime is still voiced by Peter Cullen.

I expected that but will still watch it. Wasn't a fan of Marky Mark joining up with Bay because I think he's too good for a crap role like that.

The previews definitely seemed like there was a lot going on, but that's expected when you watch a Bay movie.

With the overly fantastic to the point of stupid stuff that bay allows in these movies, especially this one, even adding good actors only marginally effects the outcome. The humans discover the rare metal that transformers are made from and make their own transformers, which in itself is fine...except the humans metal is different for no explained reason at all and can magically float and flow through the air...well part of the time it can. Like every other feature in Bay's movies, the floating feature of Bay's new metal and the physics of it don't even stay consistent throughout the movie as near the end it seems to stop being used.

The lack of plausibility in physics is just one such woefully thought out thing, it's like Bay and the writer is a mentally undeveloped five year old with ADD. They throw stuff randomly into the mix with no explanation at all, which is one thing if it fits with the rest of the story but is just stupid when it's just total randomness.

It's like godzilla. He fights big monsters knocks over buildings, only to get crushed by a building. Wtf?

Lol, exactly, or a nuclear bomb! Multiply plot holes like that by a stupid factor of 100 and you might reach a level of this Transformers movie. It's almost as stupid as what they did to the Dragon Ball Z movie/story and the Eragon movie/story except even both of those (especially Eragon) could stand alone as a fair watch. All the cooness of CGI and explosions cannot cover up a crapsicle.

It does irritate me when some they do ridiculous things like that. What I still don't understand is why those flying things in godzilla shoot off emp waves? Those emp waves obviously didn't do anything in ancient times. Was it just a coincidence their loud screeches were also emp?

Haha, I wish I could say but I expect it's as hard to explain or make sense of as magic flying liquid metal in Transformers 4. Everytime I saw that last evening I was like WTF?! and just was embarrassed at the outright absurdity.

I like the transformers movies for the action and special effects so I guess they are good for me, I'm not as big on the story in an action movie

Yeah I don't care if the story is worthy of a prize but I do like for the story and the things in the movie to be consistent and make some sense even if it's extremely scientific to the point of being over my head. The other transformer movies were lacking enough, it's just this one went a few steps further over the border of stupid.

Wahlberg was kinda poor casting too, I guess he's plenty old enough to have a teenage daughter but looking at the guy he doesn't really "fit" the role of a teen daughters dad. He nearly still looks as young as his daughters boyfriend in this movie. The whole thing is just wonky. Maybe at some point I'll try watching it again to be sure I'm not being unfair to it but honestly I don't know that I could sit through it again.

I saw it last night with my little cousins, I thought it was a good movie other than all the unnecessary language. All tho it was too long for a movie theater I think it'll be a great second watch at home

I'm sure kids won't care about the inadequacies of the plot or physics actually working and making sense at all. All most kids will care about is that it has cool robots and a lot of stuff blowing up. I think this is the problem with Bay's products, he's like a kid and sees quality of a movie as homework so he puts off actually putting in any effort and glides through on a C - average.

Aaah, the family and I went to see it on Friday and we all thought it was GREAT! Special effects were incredible and it was good how they worked in the new actors into the story line. Can't wait for the next one. Maybe by then Shia LaBeouf can get his act together and merge the old with the new?! That would be my hope anyways.

Glad people find some enjoyment in it.
I'm fine with the idea of them bringing back Megan Fox, at least she's good to look at...Shia LaBeauf I'd rather stay gone and take Bay with him.
