    I like my P90x and T25 workouts from beach body. The T25 is nice and short for when you don't have a ton of time to workout. P90x is a great all around workout IMO. When I get burned out with those programs I will take a break and then get back into them after a while. Seems to work for me but don't ask me about diet :o.

    a workout is nice while hunting season isnt around. but to prepare for it. you dont need to workout that much to prep. adapting to the terrain walking up and down the hills is more important. hiking to your hunting area and shooting 3d targets with my bow would be the main prep to me.
