Okay, this post is the opposite of Shultzy's about pros and cons. This post is about cams you would like to have that you don't. Now I know you can't truely know how good a camera is until you use it but I would like to know what camera looks interesting to you or has the features you would really like to try. Here's my list. Reconyx Hyperfire....Do I really need to explain? WGI X6C....Lots of features at a good price in a nice size. Scoutguard 565F....Love white-flash cameras and this one is the perfect size Spypoint FL-A....Again, love white-flash cameras and this one is reasonably priced. Little Acorn 5210....This is a new camera that I have read alot of positives about. 2011 Bushnell....If they work out the bugs from the 2010 models, the new features on the 2011 models could make this a really great camera. We'll see. From the looks of my list, I better start saving my pennies, not to mention I'm currently building a couple of homebrews. Blessings.....Pastorjim
Predator Informer because It has sound and no red glow and the PC900 HyperFire Reconyx. This Reconyx has a pile of features, more then any other Reconyx out there. I hear Buckeye cams are pretty decent. I'd like to see what their all about as well.
Well, being I sold my new and only trailcams because I want to try something else: Definitely going to try a 2011 Bushnell with the black flash, hope I am not disappointed. If I like it I'll buy another.
Iv'e got a Reconyx HC-600 and really like it. Besides that one , If Bushnell went back to their supplier they used in 2009 and made a black flash I would try it or maybe a Lil Acorn 5210A.
Gotta say the new 2011 Bushnell Trophy Cam with the black LED. Also would like to try a Reconyx since I hear so much hype about the camera, even though I think the quality of the photos isn't great.
wish i could get to my cams, we still have so much snow i cant get to them. we still have ten or more inches of snow with ice under that. I am really nervous last time i was out i had to run off some trespassers rabbit hunting that was supposed to be hunting on the neighbors ground, I will thank him later.
I'd like to get a really nice homebrew cam. I've seen some really sweet setups that had AMAZING picture quality. However, I'm just getting into cams so it will probably be a while before I venture into homebrews.
I am moving into the Home Brew world! I have a Sony P32 on the way, along with a kit from Yeti. (They should be here by the end of the week. If my first build goes well, I am hoping to do another build with the Sony s600.
