I have hunted all my life but never used a trail camera. Not much of a tech guy so I will more than likely ask stupid questions.... Say I buy a camera and put it up to time a bunch of hogs we got usin a pond, the pictures get stored on a sd card then later I fetch the card out to see whats going on. My question is how do I look at the pictures? or can I somehow plug the camera into a smart phone and get the pictures over?

    Thanks

You can either put the SD card in a computer to view them or buy a separate SD card viewer to look at them

    (2) SD cards per camera.
Pull 1 out and replace with the other.

You can put the sd card in the computer when you get home, a laptop or ipad that you have with you or a sd card reader that several companies sell for looking at pics out in the field. They sell for $60 - $125.
I swap them out and look at them when I get home.

^^ What he said, make sure you have two per camera and it will save you many trips having to go replace the sd card after you have checked the pictures.

I simply put the card in my digital camera and view them that way. You can zoom in as well.

I have a older computer so i doesnt have a SD card reader. if yours doesnt have that. you can go to the local electronic store and by a SD card reader that just plugs into a open USB outlet on your computer.
