I just got a couple of new trail cameras and was just wondering if i could use a micro SD card in the cameras? That way i can take the micro chip out and out it in my phone to check the pictures

Yep, get a SD to micro SD adapter. A lot of use do it that way for that very reason! In addition to that you can typically find micros SD cards cheaper because they are used in so many devices.

Watch the class number of the card, that go for standard and micro card.
The class is how fast the card's transfer rate is.
Class 10 being the best suited for movies and class 4 being min.

    Good luck
