Sounds like the IR filter may be stuck. You probably need to call them and see if they have any solutions.

Yes as in compass direction. Sometimes with sunrise and set the picture get overexposed trype look. I changed mine to diectly south and cured the problem. The next question is. What time do those white pictues appear. If it fall around the sun up and down that maybe your problem.

I think the problem is that you have a Wildgame Innovations camera.

Hah yes I know but it's one of the better wildgame cameras. I'm a college student and really can't afford a cudde or a bushnell. And yes i checked the sunrise and pics time, it is around the same time. What direction is the best to put it?

Pointing it north or south is best.

Is it the WGI N6? If so early versions of that camera had some problems with white-outs. I actually sent in one in because of it. Got a replacement with newer FW and so far no problems...

I agree with boof. Iv'e had 6(though I've only bought 2) because each one I bought had to be replaced twice each......and still the same white out problem. When you call WGI, rest assured they will say "we are unaware of any such problems with our cameras". Check out the comments for these products on the Cabelas website, most complain about white out.
