    does the flash on a trail camera scare the deer.

    I'm sure it does sometimes while other times I've had a deer stand and get many pictures taken for up to 1 hour. So my answer is yes and no.

    Exactly like the others have said, I have had some of the biggest/oldest bucks that I have captured on camera stick around (one in particular I have thousands of photos over three years), and I have had some young bucks take off from the flash to never get captured on camera again!
