My dad is thinking about gettin some new trail cameras. What should he look for when he starts looking around? We also need to get some new two way radios what is the frequence whe should look for. One of his friends said to goe uhf I think so. Any advice wiould be great
I just bought a WGI ir5 seems to be working pretty well so far. I think the new line on WGI RED and micros should be good. Also lots of people are liking the Primos Truth cams. You can also check out reviews on chasingame.com
Moultrie M-80's, Amazing quality cameras for the money, and probably the best IR night shots you will see. They also double as a plot watcher! $150
M-80 $120 on sale at bass pro last week... but M80X under 120 + free shipping UHF's can get pricey esp when you get ones with higher watts, I recommend Kenwoods. Also the Midlands you find at just about any sporting goods store work great for most situations.
DLC Covert Reveal great pics awesome battery life and great $ white flash too so no crappy black and white pics at night Best camera for under $130 in my opinion (see Moultrie rant post)
I have some friends that started using the Primos Truth cameras and they really like those. I have an older Moultrie I60 and I absolutely hate it. I would really like to just sell it and invest my money into something else. I have a Scoutguard SG550V and a new Scoutguard SG580M that texts me the picture that it just took. I love those 2 cameras, especially the new SG580M.
