Been awhile since Ive been on here but I figured I'd post some of the pics weve gotten this summer. A few promising 2.5 yo and a few nice ones (especially the one heading into the corn). P.S. The ones without date/time stamps are cropped and edited photos to better see the buck, not stolen images.
have the farmers cut the corn there yet? good luck this year from the looks of it you wont be bored sitting in your stand.
They are started cutting the fields that were in bad shape (Very little rain this year) about 3 weeks ago. Im guessing about 50% of the corn will be down by opening day. As far as this particular field, Im not sure yet. Haven't been able to make it over to the property for the last 3 weeks.
That last picture looks as if there is a non-typical point off the right side. Is that a curved brow or a non-typical point? Do you have other pictures of that deer? Nice bucks!
I believe it is a non typical point. Ive got a couple other pictures Ill post but nothing thats a great shot of that point. It appears as if its a 3rd main beam almost. It's going to be soooo hard not to let that arrow fly on that deer if given the chance, but I think Im going to let him walk. He looks to be only 2.5 and not quite there yet, and can you inagine that non typical point next year!
