With the heat here in Texas, my T.C. is not taking pics like it should. High 70's and 80's at night and 90's in the day time. Camera is motion and heat sensitive. Anyone else have the same issues??
If the ambient temp is really high, it definitely cuts down the range of the sensor. Blessings.........Pastorjim
Pastorjim is correct. Its a motion sensor and go's off the temperature difference essentially. On the cooler nights you will get better range but as the temps increase the temps are close to that of an animal so it can sometimes be hard for it to detect it.
I hunt in south carolina, Georgia, and ohio. S.C is extremely hot! Very humid and the issue I have is during the night I get great pictures, during the day not so much and it almost never gets any pics during the day. I.feel your pain I hate the heat
Got with manufacture, did two types of imaging resets. Still no night picks that turned out. Sent back!
