For those of you that have traded bows on here or at AT whats the proper procedure? I am working a deal with a guy right now to get a D340. The guy has 100% feedback so i'm sure he's a good guy, but how do you handle the trade safely. thanks

I've never done a trade, other than for a set of cams. But that went smoothly, it was same cams in different DL's, he got what he wanted, and I got what I wanted. Get the guy's phone number and call him and talk it out. I've given a few guys my phone number because they wanted to ask some questions and in the end we both felt better about the deal. :tu:

I've bought a couple bows & you just call the person, figure out the arrangements. Usually you send the money & they send the bow. I did one trade, similar deal, we talked & agreed to send the bows out at the same time.

make sure the bow is insured from the shipper you dont want to rec a empty box, he should provide all his contact info, home and address with phone number.

if there is any money involved i would use us postal order, that will insure mail fraud is not being committed .. fed crime

    best of luck.
